Operating in a 150,000 square foot modern warehouse space with multiple workstations, 23-foot ceilings, 11 dock bays, and 3 grade-level drive-through overhead doors, MSW is a specialist in providing supply chain management solutions to our customers. We provide ongoing management of your supply chain throughout the launch of a new product. Through our advanced warehouse management system and robust quality assurance processes, our team supplies our customers with the right material or service at the right time. MSW staff manages the release of daily and weekly customer demand through EDI and MRP systems to make sure our customer delivery is aligned with our global supply base. Components are ordered from a global supply base and tracked electronically while in transit. Once the product hits our dock, the components are validated as meeting specifications. Once approved, our inventory is automatically updated. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) feeds our operations team data to make real-time production decisions as well as drive automatic shipping notifications and relieve inventory as the product is picked and shipped. The MSW Quality team identifies and mitigates any potential risk of supplier defects, eliminating operational roadblocks and ensuring our customers’ product is delivered to the agreed standards.
